About the Job
We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM data operator to join our team at Nonex Solution Private Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and organizing client data within our CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client relationship management (CRM) principles, as well as experience with data entry, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately input and update client information in our CRM database.
2. Ensure data integrity and consistency by regularly auditing and cleansing the database.
3. Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights for decision-making.
4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize CRM processes and workflows.
5. Provide training and support to team members on CRM system usage and best practices.
6. Stay current on industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements to CRM system.
7. Maintain confidentiality and security of client data at all times.
