Key responsibilities:
1. Research audience psychology and competitor strategies to find new winning angles.
2. Write compelling direct-response ad scripts, hooks, and storyboards for Meta.
3. Collaborate with designers, editors, and voice-over artists to produce UGC-style creatives.
4. Analyze performance data and iterate on creatives to improve ROAS.
5. Experiment with new creative formats, storytelling techniques, and emotional triggers.
6. Build an internal database of winning scripts and creative insights for internal knowledge growth.
