Key responsibilities:A. Soft Skills & Corporate Behaviour Training
Guide new joiners in:
1. Writing clear, concise, professional emails
2. Communicating effectively with clients and managers
3. Understanding stakeholder expectations (India vs Australia)
4. Time management, routines, deadlines, and accountability
5. Corporate behaviour and etiquette, including remote-work professionalism
6. Following processes and reporting updates accurately
B. Training on Essential Corporate Tools
Train employees in:
1. Excel – practical daily usage
2. PowerPoint – professional presentations
3. Outlook – calendar discipline, email structure, inbox management
4. Internal tools and software
5. Creating new modules and delivering them confidently
C. Technical Training (Accounting & Australian Tax)
In collaboration with technical teams:
1. Learn the basics of Australian Individual Tax Returns
2. Understand GST and BAS workflows
3. Help create process manuals and SOPs
4. Deliver simplified, structured technical training
Note: You do not need to be a tax expert. Your strength is simplifying complex concepts.
D. Building the Learning Management System (LMS)
Within 3 months, you will:
1. Help implement a basic LMS
2. Upload modules, quizzes, videos, and SOPs
3. Track completion and progress
4. Ensure consistent onboarding for all new joiners
E. Training Operations & Tracking
You will be responsible for:
1. Maintaining structured training calendars
2. Tracking attendance, progress, and performance
3. Identifying individual skill gaps
4. Updating training content as processes evolve
5. Ensuring the overall quality of the training function
