About the Job
As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities through outbound outreach, prospect research, and consistent follow-ups. You will be the first point of contact for agencies, D2C brands, and performance marketers evaluating analytics solutions. Your goal is to book qualified demo calls for our sales team and help expand our brand's customer base globally.Key Responsibilities :
1. Outbound prospecting: Identify, research, and qualify leads via Apollo.io, LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling. Build and maintain a strong outbound pipeline in target markets (Agencies, D2C brands, e-commerce, media buyers).
2. Outreach & lead engagement: Create structured outreach sequences using email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Personalize messaging based on industry, size, and role. Follow up consistently to move prospects from “interest” to “booked meeting.”
3. Lead qualification: Understand prospects’ pain points around analytics, reporting, data consolidation & performance tracking. Qualify leads based on clear criteria: role, ad spend, tech stack, urgency.
4. Collaboration: Work with the founder & sales team to refine ICP, messaging, and outbound strategy. Share feedback from calls, responses, objections & market patterns.
5. Reporting: Maintain CRM hygiene with accurate notes & follow-up tasks. Track weekly KPIs: outreach volume, conversations, meetings booked, conversion rates.
KPIs/Success metrics:
1. Number of qualified meetings booked per month.
2. Pipeline contribution value.
3. Conversion rate from outreach → conversations → booked demos.
4. CRM hygiene & follow-up cadence.
