About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and generate leads from job seekers and employers using LinkedIn, Naukri, Foundit, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other channels.
2. Maintain a daily outreach quota and track all prospects in CRM tools like Zoho or Notion.
3. Understand client needs and recommend suitable Pritual service packages.
4. Conduct demo calls and walkthroughs via Google Meet or WhatsApp to drive conversions.
5. Share quotations, proposals, and invoices while meeting weekly and monthly revenue targets.
6. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and monitor conversion ratios.
7. Provide timely post-purchase support and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Identify upsell opportunities and build long-term relationships with employers and partners.
9. Coordinate with marketing for email/social campaigns, offers, and referral programs.
10. Participate in webinars, LinkedIn Live sessions, and online events to represent Pritual.
11. Support content distribution by sharing posts, responding to comments, and promoting case studies.
12. Maintain weekly performance dashboards for leads, calls, meetings, conversions, and revenue.
13. Present weekly progress reports to management and highlight key challenges.
14. Suggest new partnerships, markets, and product improvements based on customer insights.
