About the Job

Global Empire Events Limited, a UK-based company, is hiring freshers, recent graduates, and final-year students for an Inside Sales & Communication Executive role for work-from-home.
This is a non-cold calling role. You will work on daily fresh leads generated through Facebook and Instagram campaigns and communicate with professionals, institutions, and organizations interested in international conferences, leadership summits, and award events.
This role is ideal for candidates who want to build strong communication skills, sales confidence, and international exposure with a fixed salary + performance-based incentives.

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to fresh, pre-generated leads shared daily (NO cold calling).
2. Explain international event details clearly and professionally (complete training provided).
3. Handle event-related queries and maintain structured follow-ups.
4. Update lead status accurately on the company CRM system.
5. Coordinate with internal teams for closures and end-to-end follow-ups until the event.
6. Maintain daily call discipline, reporting, and CRM updates.
Events are conducted every 3–4 months, allowing repeated earning cycles.

Salary & Incentives:

1. Fixed Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on performance & communication skills)
2. Incentives: Performance-based (high earning potential; incentives can exceed fixed salary)
3. Growth: Fast promotions based purely on performance

Training & Work Details:

Training Period: 2 days (process, communication & CRM training)
Calling Starts: After training completion
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Work Mode: WORK FROM HOME ONLY
