About the Job
Key responsibilities :A. Market Research & Lead Generation :
1. Generate business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, digital, and personal networking
2. Conduct market research to identify target industries, regions, and decision-makers for IT services
B. Client Engagement & Sales Conversion :
1. Engage with prospects to understand business needs and pain points
2. Present customised digital solutions aligned with client requirements
3. Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations (virtual and in-person)
4. Independently close sales deals and secure new business contracts
C. Relationship Management :
1. Build strong relationships with business owners, CXOs, and key stakeholders
2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution and client onboarding
D. Sales Target Achievement :
1. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
2. Drive revenue growth through strong pipeline management and follow-ups
E. Industry & Market Awareness :
1. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
2. Use market intelligence to strengthen sales positioning and pitch quality
F. CRM & Reporting :
1. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and deals in the CRM system
2. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management
