About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Generate and qualify leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, job portals, etc.)
2. Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
3. Understand client requirements and pitch company products/services effectively
4. Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into active clients
5. Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and basic presentations
6. Maintain and update lead data, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM tools
7. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and delivery
8. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
9. Achieve assigned weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
10. Share daily/weekly work reports with the reporting manager
