Key responsibilities:1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases for US-based clients.
2. Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain timely communication.
3. Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and documentation accurately.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers and assist in onboarding when required.
5. Meet hiring targets and contribute to recruitment team goals.
