About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Handling the end-to-end processes for lead servicing, lead management, and lead conversion.
2. Receiving calls from patients and guiding them as per their requirements.
3. Scheduling appointments by coordinating between hospitals and patients.
4. Monitoring leads and conversions.
5. Giving insights and ideas for digital marketing campaigns.
6. Strategizing for increasing leads and their conversions for the hospitals.
7. Guiding patients for admissions to the hospital.
8. Preparing daily MIS and monthly payouts to be invoiced across hospitals.
9. Staying involved in digital marketing (as per the aptitude of the candidate).
Additional Information:
1. Timings are from 8 am to 5:30 pm.
2. There will be 7 public holidays in a year.
3. The monthly phone bill will be reimbursed.
