About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Lead Outreach & Prospecting
1. Identify and connect with potential clients (doctors, clinics, healthcare managers) via Instagram, email, and LinkedIn.
2. Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through ads, campaigns, and events.
3. Research and identify key decision-makers in target clinics to expand outreach.
B. Appointment Setting
1. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure quality prospects.
2. Schedule appointments for the sales team for in-person visits or online demos.
3. Maintain accurate and updated records of conversations, follow-ups, and bookings in the CRM.
C. Follow-up & Nurturing
1. Consistently follow up with warm leads until appointments are confirmed.
2. Re-engage old or cold leads through WhatsApp, email, and social media DMs.
3. Share relevant materials (brochures, case studies, offers) to build interest and trust.
D. Collaboration with Sales Team
1. Coordinate closely with sales executives for a smooth handover of qualified appointments.
2. Track appointment-to-demo conversion rates and provide feedback on lead quality.
3. Suggest and implement improvements to outreach and prospecting strategies based on results.
