We are hiring relationship managers for the residential sales team. This role is open to freshers and experienced professionals who are passionate about sales, customer interaction, and real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Connect with potential homebuyers and convert leads into sales
2. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable residential properties
3. Work on company-generated leads and create self-leads through local activities and referrals
4. Arrange and conduct property site visits
5. Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth deal closure
6. Ensure process compliance and high customer satisfaction
7. Provide post-sales support, including home loan assistance
