We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to meet our clients' needs. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job postings.Key responsibilities:
1. Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
4. Maintain candidate pipeline and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
5. Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes.
6. Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
