About the Job
Responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities across multiple business functions, with a focus on hiring for operations, sales, and logistics roles. Ensures timely manpower fulfillment aligned with business growth plans of BlackBuck.Key responsibilities:
A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding.
2. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and role requirements.
3. Drive bulk and niche hiring for positions like branch managers, operations executives, sales, and supply roles across regions.
4. Utilize multiple sourcing channels like job portals, social media, employee referrals, and vendor networks.
5. Maintain an active talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
B. Stakeholder Management:
1. Collaborate with regional HR, business heads, and branch leadership teams to ensure smooth and timely closures.
2. Conduct regular hiring review meetings and share recruitment dashboards and reports.
3. Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and offer management efficiently.
C. Process & Compliance:
1. Ensure adherence to internal hiring policies and documentation processes.
2. Maintain recruitment metrics like TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, etc., and provide insights for process improvement.
3. Support employer branding initiatives and ensure consistent candidate experience.
D. Vendor & Agency Coordination (if applicable):
1. Manage third-party recruitment agencies and assess their performance.
2. Negotiate terms and monitor the effectiveness of external sourcing partners.
