Key responsibilities:1. Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQ from drawings.
2. Prepare and verify contractor RA bills and final bills.
3. Conduct site measurements and maintain billing records.
4. Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and rate analysis.
5. Support tendering, vendor comparisons, and material reconciliation.
6. Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and project management.
