About the Job
Job Title: QA EngineerExperience required: at least 1 year of experience in software testing, preferably within the eCommerce domain
Employment Type: Full-time/Contractual
Working Mode: In-Office (10 AM to 7 PM)
Location: Centrum Plaza, Sector 53, Gurgaon
Key responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases (manual and automated).
2. Conduct functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and cross-browser testing.
3. Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Clickup, or similar.
4. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality releases.
5. Perform API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, etc.
6. Develop automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
7. Ensure test coverage for eCommerce flows like checkout, cart, product listings, payments, etc.
8. Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
9. Participate in code reviews and QA process improvement initiatives.
10. Stay updated with the latest QA tools, trends, and best practices.
