About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Build and maintain proposals in collaboration with the sales and product teams
2. Manage all customer follow-ups related to proposals, purchase orders, and project progress to ensure timely responses and closure
3. Coordinate internally with strategic partners responsible for service delivery to ensure seamless execution
4. Facilitate communication between customers, internal teams, and partners to keep projects on track
5. Assist in operational tasks and project support activities as they evolve in the startup environment
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and project status
7. Support the team in ad-hoc project coordination and administrative tasks as required
