About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Program management: Support the planning, execution, and review of national-level programs to make sure they run smoothly and achieve their goals.
2. Work on leads & partner onboarding: Identify new opportunities and potential partners. Work on leads, connect with organizations, and onboard them to collaborate on programs.
3. Partnership building: Reach out to government agencies, non-profits, companies, and donors to create partnerships that help expand the reach and impact of the programs.
4. Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with different stakeholders to make sure everyone is aligned and working together effectively.
5. Monitoring & evaluation: Track the progress of programs, collect data, and help prepare reports to measure success and find areas for improvement.
6. Policy awareness: Stay updated on government rules and ensure programs follow all necessary laws and regulations.
7. Capacity building: Organize training and provide support to staff and partners so they can carry out their work more effectively.
8. Reporting & documentation: Keep clear records of activities, outcomes, and impact, and share regular updates with internal and external teams.
9. Risk management: Spot potential problems and help find solutions to keep programs running smoothly.
10. Strategic planning: Contribute to long-term planning and ensure that programs match the overall goals of the organization.
