About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of multiple interior design sites (corporate).
2. Coordinate with internal design teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
3. Develop and track project schedules, timelines, and resource planning.
4. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, design intent, and project deadlines.
5. Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently to avoid project delays.
6. Monitor material delivery, inventory, site progress, and manpower allocation.
7. Conduct regular site visits, supervise contractors, and provide execution support.
8. Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials.
