About the Job
We are hiring project head, responsible for one strategic business vertical, such as:1. Instructorship program (UK & international faculty model)
2. Global physiotherapy mentorship program
3. Home-visit physiotherapy network (Pan-India expansion)
This is a P&L-mindset role, not a support role. You will act as the CEO of your project, from planning to execution, growth, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Project ownership:
1. Take complete ownership of one assigned project
2. Design execution roadmaps, SOPs, and timelines
3. Ensure smooth onboarding of stakeholders (trainers, mentors, therapists)
B. Operations & execution:
1. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Ops, marketing, sales, tech)
2. Ensure timely launches, smooth operations, and quality delivery
3. Solve on-ground execution challenges independently
C. Growth & scale:
1. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reach, and impact
2. Optimize workflows and cost structures
3. Support scaling into new cities/cohorts/batches
D. Reporting & accountability:
1. Weekly reporting to the founder
2. Data-driven decision-making
3. Clear accountability for outcomes, not just effort
