About the Job
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with an architectural background to oversee and coordinate our design and production projects. You will act as the bridge between clients, design teams, and production teams to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and high-quality outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate end-to-end architectural and visualization projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
2. Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage feedback.
3. Work closely with architects, 3D teams, lighting, animation, and compositing teams to streamline project workflows.
4. Create and manage project schedules, checklists, documentation, and progress reports.
5. Identify bottlenecks and ensure smooth resolution to maintain timely project delivery.
6. Review designs, layouts, and outputs to ensure they meet project objectives and technical standards.
7. Coordinate site-related details, drawings, and technical information when required.
8. Ensure all team members follow project processes, quality guidelines, and client requirements.
