About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Own and manage end-to-end project execution with clarity and urgency.
2. Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, tech, content, etc.) to ensure deadlines are met.
3. Track deliverables, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress for each project.
4. Manage vendor coordination, payment tracking, and basic financial documentation.
5. Identify project risks and troubleshoot problems to maintain quality and timelines.
6. Coordinate with leadership for approvals, updates, and reporting.
7. Maintain organized digital records, reports, invoices, and project files.
8. Explore new business opportunities or collaborations within ongoing projects.
9. Handle basic social media coordination (optional but preferred).
