About the Job
The Program Manager – Faculty & Student Affairs will oversee the academic lifecycle of the BDB program, manage faculty interactions, and enhance the student experience at multiple partner campuses. This hybrid academic–administrative role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching as well as operational management.Key responsibilities:
A. Faculty & Classroom Management
1. Teach a management subject each semester.
2. Coordinate with trainers for lecture planning and delivery.
3. Supervise classroom resources, digital tools, and schedules.
B. Partner College Management
1. Build strong partnerships with college management and faculty.
2. Handle operational and academic escalations.
3. Align processes with partner institution standards.
C. Student Lifecycle Management
1. Serve as a key point of contact for enrolled students.
2. Provide mentorship, academic guidance, and timely support.
3. Manage student engagement activities and orientations.
D. Admissions & Outreach
1. Counsel potential students during the enrollment season.
2. Support CRM-driven communication initiatives.
E. Industry & Academic Enrichment
1. Coordinate guest lectures and industry interactions.
2. Assist trainers with academic deliverables and teaching logistics.
F. Reporting & Quality Assurance
1. Track student progress, attendance, and academic quality.
2. Prepare reports for internal review and partner institutions.
