Key responsibilities:1. Front-line sales role responsible for direct revenue conversion
2. Counsel students and parents through walk-ins, calls, and follow-ups
3. Act as the primary interface between Imarticus and prospective candidates
4. Understand learner goals and recommend the most suitable programs
5. Assist prospects throughout the registration and enrollment process
6. Conduct timely follow-up calls to improve walk-in and conversion rates
7. Drive outbound calling to generate and support walk-ins
8. Consistently achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
9. Ensure adherence to front-office processes, compliance, and reporting
10. Support centre-level target achievement aligned with organizational goals
