About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct product training sessions, seminars, and workshops for distributors and leaders.
2. Develop training materials such as presentations, videos, guides, FAQs, and product manuals.
3. Explain product USPs, benefits, usage instructions, and scientific backing in a simple, engaging manner.
4. Ensure new distributors receive proper onboarding training about products, compensation plan basics, and selling methods.
5. Work closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams to understand updates and modify training content accordingly.
6. Assist in developing training frameworks, certification programs, and skill enhancement modules.
7. Gather feedback from the field to improve training quality and share insights for product improvements.
8. Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on performance data and distributor feedback.
9. Deliver training through live sessions, recorded modules, webinars, and in-person events.
10. Support large-scale MLM events, product launches, and recognition programs.
