Job Description: Personal Secretary to the ExecutiveRole overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, sophisticated, and exceptionally adaptable Personal Secretary to provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Executive. This is not a traditional 9-to-5 desk role; it requires a candidate with an open-minded and liberal outlook who can navigate diverse social, personal, and professional environments with ease.
The ideal candidate is a natural extrovert who thrives on interaction, possesses impeccable social graces, and remains completely flexible regarding their personal interaction, mingling, schedule, and location.
Key responsibilities:
1. Executive travel & mobility: Accompany the Executive on all domestic and international business tours. Manage complex travel itineraries, including last-minute changes and ground logistics.
2. Administrative excellence: Act as the primary point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders.
3. Event & social coordination: Organize high-level business dinners and networking events.
4. On-tour support: Provide dedicated assistance during business trips, including late-night social functions or weekend engagements.
