About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with deep expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and end-to-end tracking infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing significant budgets profitably, setting up attribution systems, and building campaigns that convert.Key Responsibilities:
A. Paid Media Execution
1. Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads for lead generation, sales, and ROI-driven campaigns.
2. Manage end-to-end campaign cycles including research, setup, optimization, and scaling.
B. Tracking, Attribution and Analytics
1. Set up server-side tracking using Facebook CAPI, STAPE, and custom tracking environments.
2. Implement advanced tracking frameworks through Google Tag Manager (GTM).
3. Troubleshoot pixel issues, attribution gaps, and event mismatches to ensure data accuracy.
C. Analytics and Reporting
1. Use GA4 for event mapping, funnel tracking, and audience behavior analysis.
2. Build dashboards, monitor KPIs, generate insights, and recommend data-backed optimization strategies.
D. Optimization and Scaling
1. A/B test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
2. Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining target ROAS and CPA benchmarks.
3. Collaborate with creative, product, and funnel teams to improve conversion rates.
