Key Responsibilities:1. Make every patient feel comfortable during all visits.
2. Help patients fill out forms and understand consultation requirements.
3. Understand patient concerns and share important details with the doctor.
4. Explain treatment plans, pricing, and expected recovery in simple language.
5. Ensure all interactions are patient-focused.
6. Convert patients to start treatment and generate revenue for the clinic.
7. Engage and counsel patients to convert consultations into confirmed treatments, supporting revenue generation and overall business growth.
8. Encourage patients to complete their full treatment program.
9. Share success stories and involve doctors to clear clinical doubts.
10. Handle patient complaints with empathy.
11. Build long-term patient relationships and ensure satisfaction.
12. Coordinate with scheduling team for smooth appointments.
13. Maintain a neat appearance and support a clean, patient-friendly clinic environment.
14. Support daily clinic operations and financial tasks like billing and discounts.
15. Maintain daily counselling reports.
