About the Job
We are hiring Operations Trainees for our new, state-of-the-art E-waste recycling plant in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. This cutting-edge facility employs advanced machinery and innovative processes to recover valuable metals from electronic waste, driving the future of responsible resource management. As a trainee, you will work closely with the Tata Steel team, gaining hands-on experience in operating high-tech equipment like shredders, ball mills, induction furnaces, and leaching reactors. You'll also support essential lab and plant operations while ensuring compliance with stringent safety standards.Key responsibilities:
1. Performing basic machine checks before and after each shift to ensure operational readiness.
2. Operating machinery such as shredders, ball mills, induction furnaces, and leaching reactors, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
3. Handling various types of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP) products, and chemicals.
4. Maintaining records and logbooks related to material movement, machine usage, etc.
5. Sorting and segregating various types of components (e.g., metals, plastics, circuit boards) from electronic waste.
6. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
7. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment within the facility.
8. Coordinating with helpers/labourers to ensure safe and timely completion of tasks.
9. Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and support efficient operations.

Note:
1. Shift Type: Rotational shifts, as per plant operational needs.
2. Upon successful completion of the training program and demonstrated performance, trainees are will be offered full-time employment.
