About the Job
We are an early-stage startup in Surat on a mission to redefine offline learning. We bridge the gap between skilled experts and curious learners by hosting high-impact, practical workshops in creativity, business, and lifestyle. We are looking for a founding operations lead- a high-energy, 'get-it-done' individual who will own the execution of our workshops from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end execution: Scout venues, coordinate workshop materials, and manage the on-ground setup in Vesu and surrounding areas.
2. Instructor & partner management: Act as the primary bridge between our startup and professional instructors; finalizing schedules and ensuring they have everything needed to succeed.
3. Operations & logistics: Master our 'pre-bookin' model- tracking registrations, managing confirmations, and processing refunds via Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
4. Public face & content: Be comfortable representing the brand on-camera for short promotional videos, reels, and workshop highlights.
5. Leadership: Directly manage and mentor interns focused on social media marketing and on-site operations.
6. Experience design: Ensure every participant has a premium experience, from the moment they walk in until they receive their post-workshop certificate/materials.
