About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end factory operations
2. Coordinate and ensure smooth workflow between production, QC, purchase, stores, dispatch, accounts & sales teams
3. Create and implement systems, SOPs, and operational processes
4. Maintain and analyze data using Microsoft Excel (reports, trackers, MIS)
5. Prepare and manage documentation using Microsoft Word
6. Work on and manage ERP systems (entries, reports, stock, production tracking)
7. Monitor production planning, raw material availability, and dispatch schedules
8. Ensure timely execution of work and follow-ups across departments
9. Improve operational efficiency and reduce delays/errors
10. Handle daily operational issues and provide quick resolutions
11. Support management with reports and operational insights
