About the Job
We are looking for a detail-oriented e-commerce operations executive to manage daily backend operations across online platforms. The role involves handling marketplaces, logistics partners, customer support emails, and inventory coordination to ensure smooth order fulfillment and a great customer experience.Key responsibilities:
A. Marketplace & logistics operations:
1. Manage daily operations on platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Shiprocket, and other logistics dashboards.
2. Monitor order processing, dispatch, delivery status, returns (RTO), and cancellations.
3. Coordinate with courier partners for delays, escalations, and issue resolution.
B. Inventory management:
1. Track inventory across marketplaces and warehouses.
2. Maintain stock, batch, and expiry records.
C. Customer support:
1. Handle customer care emails and queries related to orders, delivery, refunds, and replacements.
2. Ensure timely and professional responses aligned with brand tone.
3. Resolve escalations and coordinate internally when required.
D. Reporting & documentation:
1. Maintain daily and weekly reports on orders, inventory, returns, and customer issues.
2. Support invoice checks, COD reconciliation, and basic documentation.
