About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented software operations executive to manage and operate our in-house traffic and engagement tracking software. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth system performance, monitor activity logs, and work with dynamic configurations to deliver high-quality results for clients.Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate and monitor specialized traffic management software on a daily basis.
2. Set up and update system configurations, including provided access points and network settings.
3. Track and log real-time engagement metrics and ensure accuracy of data reporting.
4. Follow detailed operational guidelines for different client accounts and projects.
5. Identify and escalate any system performance or connectivity issues.
6. Maintain confidentiality and security of all operational data.
