We are seeking a talented Operations Associate who is skilled in operations, inventory management, shipment dispatch, computer skills, MS-Excel, MS-Office, logistics management, vendor management, and vendor negotiation. As an Operations Associate at GoAthletiq, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. Your responsibilities will include:Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the timely delivery of products and services
2. Utilizing MS-Excel and MS-Office to make a record of inventory, issue stock, receive orders, and make the dispatch ready.
3. Overseeing logistics management by coordinating with delivery partners to ensure the timely pickup of orders.
4. Making the shipments ready for Amazon and other marketplaces and ensuring dispatch by coordinating with the Amazon delivery team. Please note that the task includes packing the products in boxes and getting them ready.
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors through effective vendor management and follow-ups.
6. Negotiating favorable terms and pricing with vendors to maximize profitability
7. Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve business goals
9. The person should be willing and ready to do hard work and should have the zeal to work in a dynamic environment.
