About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end ILL service delivery, from order initiation to final handover.
2. Coordinate effectively with Business Service Operators (BSOs) such as Airtel, TATA, Vodafone, and others.
3. Oversee PO-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash cycles, ensuring on-time and error-free execution.
4. Conduct feasibility checks, manage customer coordination, and review on-site order statuses.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date MIS reports and dashboards for project and delivery tracking.
6. Ensure strict adherence to delivery SLAs and company quality standards.
7. Liaise with internal departments (sales, technical, finance, and provisioning) for smooth operations.
8. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
