About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated network engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
2. Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
3. Troubleshoot network issues and outages; provide timely technical support.
4. Configure and manage LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, and network security protocols.
5. Implement network upgrades and improvements as needed.
6. Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.
7. Work closely with IT teams to ensure smooth network operations.
8. Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
9. Conduct periodic network audits and optimize system efficiency.
