About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Build and maintain dashboards for operational and management reporting.
2. Write and optimize SQL queries for Grafana panels.
3. Design dashboards with relevant KPIs, filters, and time-based views.
4. Validate dashboard data with source reports.
5. Use advanced Excel functions (XLOOKUP, INDEX–MATCH, SUMIFS, pivots).
6. Clean, structure, and analyze large datasets.
7. Maintain MIS templates and reporting documentation.
8. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
9. Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources.
10. Identify data gaps, mismatches, and inconsistencies
11. Communicate insights, trends, and data issues clearly.
12. Coordinate with operations, tech, and business teams.
13. Support audits and ad-hoc data requests.
14. Ensure timely report delivery within defined SLAs.
