About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Marketing & Sales of the company's products, such as Cable Lugs, Cable Glands, Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems, OHE Fittings, Exothermic Welding Systems, etc., to various bodies, institutions & contractors.
2. Manage customers' order bookings, payments, etc.
3. Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by personal visits to customers & indirect selling by supporting local dealers/distributors.
4. Offer/attend tenders, vendor registrations, and take approvals from utilities, railway bodies & OEMs. Furnish tech. Data, drawings, specifications, etc.
5. Manage promotions of our products through exhibitions, seminars, conferences & other such related activities.
6. Develop new customers, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads/orders.
7. Ensure that payments are received from your customers as per agreed-upon terms.
8. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
9. Present periodic sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to your superiors.
10. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition.
