About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Brand and Content
1. Plan, execute, and optimise content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the newsletter.
2. Translate product features into emotionally resonant copy that builds trust.
3. Write captions, ads, emailers, and landing pages aligned with Outdoor Goats’ brand voice.
4. Collaborate with creators, athletes, and customers to produce authentic, field-tested stories.
B. Performance Marketing
1. Support paid advertising efforts on Meta, Google, and influencer platforms.
2. Analyse campaign performance and prepare weekly insights reports.
3. Recommend optimisations for CPC, ROAS, audience quality, and creative fatigue.
C. Community and Customer Love
1. Understand the fears, needs, and desires of outdoor athletes and beginners.
2. Use insights to create content that reduces anxiety and inspires action.
3. Manage DMs and comments with a calm, grounded, and empathetic tone.
D. Creative Production
1. Brief designers and photographers on creative requirements.
2. Support creation of reels, product demos, athlete features, and storytelling videos.
3. Maintain a clean, cohesive visual identity across content.
4. Coordinate product shoots with athletes, models, and creators.
E. Growth Operations
1. Support influencer onboarding and campaign tracking.
2. Help optimise website listings, SEO keywords, and product storytelling.
3. Contribute fresh ideas for launches, events, community initiatives, and collaborations.
