Shift timings: Rotational shiftsFemale: Between 8 AM – 8 PM (any 9-hour shift)
Male: Between 11 AM – 11 PM (any 9-hour shift)
Rotational week-off
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound customer calls in the assigned regional language.
2. Understand customer queries or issues and respond with clear information.
3. Translate and communicate in English when required for internal updates.
4. Maintain professionalism and patience while talking to customers.
5. Update customer records, call logs, and query details in the system.
6. Coordinate with internal teams if customer issues need escalation.
7. Provide correct information on products/services/policies.
8. Meet daily productivity targets (calls handled, accuracy, quality scores).
9. Follow all company rules, shift norms, and performance guidelines.
10. Participate in team huddles, training, and skill-improvement sessions.
