About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Draft and vet customer agreements, including Construction Agreements, Agreements to Sell, Sale Deeds conveying Undivided Share of Land, and other legal documents such as affidavits and memoranda of understanding.
2. Follow up on litigation matters involving the company by coordinating with courts and panel lawyers and updating concerned senior officials.
3. Coordinate with the company’s panel lawyers, discuss legal issues, and ensure replies to notices or letters from contractors or vendors are drafted and issued to protect the company’s legal interests.
4. Prepare legal due diligence reports for immovable properties proposed to be purchased by the company.
5. Coordinate with officials of various internal departments and support their legal compliance requirements.
6. Handle RERA filings, plot regularisation, online documentation for registration, and online planning permission updates.
7. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions that have approved company projects, provide the required legal documents, and address legal queries related to the projects.
