Key responsibilities:1. Facilitate engaging training sessions focused on core communication skills such as executive presence, persuasive speaking, and impactful storytelling
2. Offer tailored one-on-one coaching to help professionals apply communication strategies in real-world scenarios
3. Collaborate with the curriculum team to design and enhance training materials focused on impactful communication
4. Customize content to meet the specific needs and goals of individual learners and organizations
5. Evaluate participants' progress through interactive exercises, presentations, and practical assessments
6. Provide clear, actionable feedback to help learners refine their communication approach and achieve measurable growth
7. Act as a mentor and coach, offering encouragement and practical advice to participants throughout their learning journey
8. Address challenges or questions participants may encounter, ensuring a supportive and productive learning experience
9. Stay updated on the latest trends in communication coaching, leadership training, and adult learning methodologies
10. Share innovative ideas and insights with the Kapable team to continuously enhance training effectiveness and impact
