Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct cold calling to generate and qualify potential leads
2. Handle WhatsApp and Instagram enquiries to respond to customer queries and build engagement
3. Perform lead follow-ups to nurture prospects and drive conversions
4. Maintain the customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
