Work timing - 9.30 to 6 pm
Monday - Friday and Sat half day

Velvet Triip is a premium travel agency offering curated travel experiences, flights, hotels, and customized holidays across the world. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a responsible, smart, and proactive team member to join us in managing travel operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle flight, hotel, and package bookings through various B2B portals (e.g., TravClan, TBO, EaseMyTrip, etc.).
2. Generate invoices, receipts, and vouchers for clients and maintain booking records daily.
3. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers for booking confirmations, cancellations, rescheduling, or special requests
4. Manage client communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email — send itineraries, boarding passes, and timely updates.
5. Handle SOS/emergency cases such as last-minute changes or flight issues with professionalism and calmness.
6. Search competitive pricing and best deals across portals to optimize margins.
7. Maintain daily MIS (Management Information System) and assist in weekly and monthly reporting.
8. Represent Velvet Triip with strong communication, integrity, and a client-first attitude.
