We’re looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Recruitment team. You’ll be part of the Account Management team, managing end-to-end recruitment across functions like Tech, Product, Marketing, Sales, Design, and Operations, and playing a key role in scaling their teams fast and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing positions.
- Work on-site from the client’s office, collaborating closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain regular communication.
- Share timely recruitment reports and dashboards with stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation insights, and talent availability.
