3. Utilize MS-Excel to track candidate progress, maintain recruitment databases, and generate reports.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
6. Maintain a strong grasp of English proficiency, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with candidates and colleagues.
7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
