Key responsibilities:1. Understand the job description for the allocated position.
2. Gather data from various sources available and conduct the screening of the candidate for the desired profile and suitability for the company.
3. Coordinate with the interviewer for the final round of the interview.
4. Provide the received feedback to the recruitment head and take the necessary actions as suggested by them.
5. Ensure interviews are conducted as per the defined process.
6. Fill the position in the TAT and work accordingly to the target allocation.
