About the Job
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hiring for core technology and niche IT roles across the domestic Indian market. This role involves recruiting for Full-Time Employment (FTE), Contract, and Contract-to-Hire positions.Key Responsibilities:
1. · End-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
2. · Handle hiring for core tech skills (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps) and niche technologies (e.g., AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Data Science).
3. · Source candidates through multiple channels – job portals, social media, headhunting, employee referrals, and networking.
4. · Manage recruitment for FTE, contract, and contract-to-hire engagements.
5. · Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
6. · Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, priorities, and timelines.
7. · Negotiate salary and contractual terms with candidates in line with company policies.
8. · Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
9. · Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
