About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Prepare and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational reports
2. Automate the reports and make sure they continue to produce correct data at the desired frequency
3. Help out in preparing monthly and quarterly target plans and AOP
4. Analyze and interpret data to help improve processes and workflows
5. Evaluate key performance indicators, and ensure timely delivery of essential reports
6. Manage day-to-day operations and strategize to automate the same
7. Work as the point of contact for customer escalations and provide timely solutions
Note: Salary will be decided basis the prior experience of the candidate.
