Clearisk is a global fintech platform headquartered in Singapore, providing multi-asset post-trade backoffice operations, reconciliation, and accounting solutions to brokers, prop-trading firms, and asset managers across the world. We are expanding our Operations team in Mumbai and are looking for motivated, detail-oriented junior professionals to join our fast-growing organisation.

🔹 Role Overview

As a Junior Operations Associate, you will work with our Singapore and India teams to support daily post-trade processing, reconciliation, and break investigation for global financial markets. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, keen to learn, and excited to build a career in financial operations.

Training will be provided — we only require commitment and the right mindset.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

+Support daily post-trade processing and reconciliations across Futures, Options, FX, CFDs, and other financial instruments.
+Perform data quality checks and ensure all inputs meet internal accuracy standards.
+Execute BAU (Business-As-Usual) operational activities such as reconciliation, statement generation, and position reporting.
+Identify, escalate, and track operational breaks for timely resolution.
+Conduct break investigation and root-cause analysis, documenting findings and assisting in reducing recurrence.
+Coordinate with internal teams and clients to follow up on queries, ensuring timely settlement and reporting.

-Basic understanding of financial markets (bonus but not mandatory).

🔹 Training & Development

We provide a structured training program, including:

+Post-trade lifecycle
+Reconciliation concepts
+Exchange products (Futures, Options, FX, CFDs, etc.)
+Break investigation & operational workflows
+Exposure to Clearisk platform and tools

🔹 Commitment & Expectations

+Willingness to commit for 18–24 months minimum, given the depth of training and domain knowledge provided.
+Strong work ethic, punctuality, and accountability.
+Ability to work independently and escalate issues proactively.
+Flexible and adaptive to evolving processes.

🔹 Requirements

+Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar preferred).
+Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets/AI Tools and Prompting
+Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years experience may apply.

📍 Mumbai Office (Full-time, On-site ONLY - that's the best and only way to learn)
